Acupressure is a technique to heal many types of pains and diseases occurs in Human Body. Firstly, a method of Acupressure was established in America which was named Jhonology. Latterly the Jhonology was made easier an named as Reflexology. Madam Yuni Singam has discovered the Reflexology Acupressure Technique. There are four types of Reflexology,

1.Foot Reflexology, 2.Hand Reflexology, 3.Face Reflexology and 4.Ear Reflexology.

Sujok Therapy:

Sujok Acupressure Therapy was discovered in Korea. The Sujok Therapy was invented by Professor Park Jae Woo, a Philosopher. The therapy Sujok has two Korean words “Su” and “jok”. The word “Su” means Hand and “Jok” means Foot. That means the Sujok therapy heals the diseases of Human Body through points on Hand and Foot. Sujok is divided into Six types like Six-Ki Therapy, Auricular Therapy, Head Correspondence Therapy, M-Particle Therapy, Color Chakra Acupuncture. Sujok Therapy is helpful in treatment of many critical diseases in Organs of Human Body like Kidney, Lungs, Heart, Liver, Brain, etc. Sujok can also heal the common ailments like Constipation, Acidity, Obesity etc.
